Information you choose to provide
The contact form collects your first name, last name, email address, and message. The order-request form also collects delivery details, optional phone number and note, and the items in your basket.
Email verification
We send a one-time code to the email address you provide. The code expires after ten minutes. We store only a salted verifier—not the code itself—with your pending submission.
How information is used
Contact information is used to respond to your request. Order information is used to confirm availability, prepare an invoice, send a payment link, and fulfill the order. Final form notifications go only to a fixed Peaceful Valley recipient.
Security and abuse prevention
Cloudflare Turnstile and a hidden honeypot field help prevent automated abuse. Technical request information may be processed by Cloudflare to operate and protect the website.
Analytics and local storage
This site does not include Google Analytics or marketing cookies. The basket uses your browser’s local storage so your selected items remain available between pages.
Retention and requests
Pending codes expire after ten minutes. Contact and order-request information is kept only as reasonably needed to respond, prepare and fulfill an order, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email contactus@peacefulvalleycandles.com.
