Why soy wax?
Soy wax is renewable, biodegradable, and slower-burning than many paraffin waxes. It also cleans up with hot, soapy water.
What sizes are available?
The catalogue currently offers 12 oz and 20 oz tumbler candles. The final vessel and lid are confirmed with your invoice.
How does ordering work?
Add candles to your basket, submit an order request, and verify your email. We confirm availability before sending a secure invoice and payment link.
When will my order ship?
Shipping timing and cost are confirmed with your invoice. A finalized shipping and returns policy is required before the new ordering system launches.
Are the candles cruelty-free?
Peaceful Valley Candle Co. states that no animal products are used in the creation or testing of its soy candles.
How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to ¼ inch, burn on a heat-safe surface, form a full melt pool on the first burn, and never leave a flame unattended.
